My passion for cooking was born from a deeply personal experience. When my eldest child was eight years old, he faced a serious health challenge. His doctor emphasized the importance of proper nutrition, which led me to focus more carefully on the meals I prepared. I began exploring wholesome, nourishing recipes, spending more time in the kitchen, experimenting with ingredients, and discovering how powerful food can truly be.
